Denver Broncos: 3 Keys to Victory in Week 3 vs. Ravens

The Denver Broncos are currently 2-0, tied for first place in the AFC West with the Kansas City Chiefs. This team is definitely an improved team from last year, especially with acquisition of quarterback Case Keenum.

In last week’s game against the Oakland Raiders, the Broncos had the ball with a couple of minutes left on the clock. Keenum and the offense drove downfield and were able to set up kicker Brandon McManus for the game-winning field goal.

Last year, the Broncos’ plethora of quarterbacks was incapable of making enough plays to win games. It’s different this year with a new quarterback under center with plenty of weapons at his disposal.

The weapons Keenum has on the offense have been phenomenal. This year, the Broncos have had a well-balanced attack, running and passing successfully. They will need to continue this as the year goes on.

This week they face the Baltimore Ravens, who sit at 1-1, losing last week against the Cincinnati Bengals. The Ravens are a very stingy defensive team. Their offense, on the other hand, is inconsistent, leaving a glaring weakness for the Broncos defense to take advantage of.

The Broncos can use all the wins they can get, especially with the Chiefs racking up points they way they have been.

To beat the Ravens, the Broncos will need to achieve a few of things on both sides of the ball.
