3. Master The Matt LaFleur Offense

First up, the Packers brought in a new head coach in Matt LaFleur to replace Mike McCarthy. LaFleur, who comes from the Sean McVay coaching tree, was expected to immediately fix the Green Bay offense. That wasn’t exactly the case.

While the Packers were definitely a better football team in 2019, they still had a ton of consistency issues on the offensive side of the ball. Those things need to be ironed out this offseason.

Rodgers and LaFleur need to spend a big portion of the offseason working together to master their offensive schemes. They didn’t have a ton of time to work on things last offseason. Hopefully, the Packers will look much better to start the 2020 season.
