With the 2020 NFL season close to getting started, the Dallas Cowboys are hoping to make a big step forward. After missing the playoffs in heartbreaking fashion last season, the Cowboys made some major changes. One of them was moving on from Jason Garrett and bringing in Mike McCarthy.
Another big move was the addition of Oklahoma standout wide receiver CeeDee Lamb in the 2020 NFL Draft. The Cowboys’ offense now features Dak Prescott, Ezekiel Elliott, Amari Cooper, Michael Gallup, and Lamb.
Speaking of Elliott, the Cowboys are expecting another big season from him. McCarthy loves to run the football and that will be on even bigger display this season. He has never had a weapon like Elliott to work with.
During the 2019 season with the Cowboys, Elliott ended up carrying the football 301 times for 1,357 yards and 12 touchdowns. He also caught 54 passes for 420 yards and two scores.
All of that being said, let’s dive in and take a look at three bold predictions for Ezekiel Elliott this season for the Cowboys.
