The 2019 season marked the first time Cleveland Browns running back Nick Chubb was a full-time starter. It proved to be quite a success considering he earned a Pro Bowl nomination.
With the Browns seeking to improve from the 6-10 record they posted last season, Chubb’s presence will be critical. He already provided such a strong impact but many parts of the team underachieved around him. After a productive offseason, that could change in 2020.
It won’t be easy for the Browns to stake their claim over the AFC North. The Baltimore Ravens have an even scarier roster than they did a season ago. Meanwhile, the Pittsburgh Steelers are getting Ben Roethlisberger back from injury and have an elite defense.
Chubb appeared in all 16 of the Browns’ regular-season games in 2019. He totaled 298 carries resulting in 1,494 rushing yards and eight rushing touchdowns along with 36 receptions and 278 receiving yards.
With that being said, here are three early bold predictions for Browns running back Nick Chubb in 2020.
