2. Darius Slay Will End Up With At Least Five Interceptions
In addition to his leadership ability, Darius Slay is also a proven playmaker. That is an area that the Eagles struggled in 2019 and will need to improve in 2020 to take the next step.
With the departure of Ronald Darby to the Washington Redskins, Slay will be asked to make plays in bunches. He only had two interceptions in 2019, but racked up three interceptions in 2018 and eight interceptions in 2017. Those numbers will continue in 2020.
Philadelphia will see their new lockdown cornerback come through with at least five interceptions. They need to force more turnovers and acquiring Slay will get that job accomplished for them.
