3 reasons Jordan Love would be a perfect pick for the Panthers

1. His Numbers Aren’t As Concerning As Some Think

Jordan Love is viewed as a legitimate top-15 pick by most, but many don’t think he is worth the No. 7 overall pick. Why do some view that as a reach? Love threw 17 interceptions in 2019 with the Utah State Aggies.

Obviously, 17 interceptions is a number that will concern fans and coaches. However, as many have talked about, not every interception is a quarterbacks fault. He needs to work on his decision making at times, but the Panthers shouldn’t be scared of his interceptions.

Outside of his interceptions, Love completed 61.9 percent of his pass attempts for 3,402 yards and 20 touchdowns. He also picked up 175 yards on the ground. Carolina should strongly consider Love at No. 7 and he might just be the guy that leads them back to serious playoff contention.
