3. Jameis Winston’s Mentality Is Inconsistent And IQ Is Questionable

Las Vegas may need an upgrade at the quarterback position at some point in the future, but Winston would not be an upgrade on the mental side of things. Gruden loves quarterbacks who can work with him from an IQ perspective, but that would not be Winston.

First things first, Winston isn’t even consistent from a mentality point of view. He is a good leader at times and a bad leader at times. Sometimes he is motivated to be great and other teams he seems content being mediocre.

Winston simply doesn’t fit the mold that a Gruden quarterback needs to have. That is just one reason why this move would make zero sense.
