3. Blake Martinez Will Become A Key Leader

Defensively, the Giants have been lacking legitimate leadership over the last couple of years. Blake Martinez may not be a superstar, but he does have excellent leadership skills.

During his time with the Packers, Martinez was vocal on the field and was the type of guy that Green Bay could rely on to make sure everyone was on the same page. He will bring that to the Giants as well.

That isn’t to say that Martinez alone will fix all of the Giants’ issues. However, he is certainly going to be a key towards turning things around.
