Melvin Gordon runs for two touchdowns

The Jets only gave up one rushing touchdown in Week 3 against the Colts, to rookie Jonathan Taylor. But the Broncos should rely on their running game to allow their young quarterback to slow the game down.

If this is the plan, Melvin Gordon could see a nice workload. As we’ve seen when Gordon was with the Chargers, if he can get to the second level of a defense, he has the ability to run away from defenders.

The Jets have surrendered four rushing touchdowns this season, and Gordon should have a chance to add on to that total on Thursday night.
