The 49ers Rack Up Four Sacks Against Carson Wentz

Carson Wentz has struggled mightily to start the season for the Eagles. He has thrown six interceptions and has been sacked 11 times in just three games. It will be more of the same for him against the 49ers.

San Francisco may no longer have Nick Bosa or Solomon Thomas, but they do have pass-rushing talent. They will be relying on Arik Armstead, Dion Jordan, Javon Kinlaw, and Kerry Hyder Jr. to put pressure on Wentz.

Looking ahead to this week’s matchup, the Eagles are not going to be able to keep the 49ers away from Wentz. San Francisco will end up with four sacks in the game.

With that kind of pressure, the 49ers could be able to force a couple of turnovers. That would go a long way towards picking up another win.
