1. Bills Look Like AFC East Favorites

The expectation held by many entering this season was for the Bills to win the AFC East division title. However, there was some hesitancy and change of opinion after the Patriots signed Cam Newton.

The Patriots will have to go up against an elite Chiefs squad without Newton on Monday— meaning they could hold a 2-2 record through four games. Of course, New England could pull off an improbable upset and that would change things. However, for now, this appears to be the case.

Meanwhile, the Bills have a 4-0 record and while they will face no shortage of tough opponents later on their schedule, they have created a wider margin for error. Buffalo has been impressive and has managed to grind out some wins.

There’s still a lot that needs to be determined between the Bills and Patriots, including two head-to-head matchups. So far, Buffalo appears to have the inside track on winning the AFC East due to their excellent play.
