Las Vegas Needs To Focus On Getting Darren Waller Involved

Back in Week 2 against the Saints, the Raiders saw a massive performance from star tight end Darren Waller. He caught 12 passes for 105 yards and a touchdown. This week, that was not even close to the case.

Waller caught just two passes for nine yards against the Patriots.

The Raiders are at their best when Waller is productive. Jon Gruden needs to focus on getting him going early and often. With Henry Ruggs III out this week, Waller should have been the most targeted weapon for Carr.

Very few tight ends in the NFL are better than Waller. A two-catch, nine-yard performance simply is unacceptable. And that isn’t all on Waller.
