1. Dwayne Haskins Protects the Football

Washington may not have won, but Dwayne Haskins took a lot of criticism after a poor performance last week, and he put together a better performance on Sunday.

Haskins completed 32 of 45 passes, good for a 71 percent completion percentage and a passer rating of 90.4, his highest mark of the season.

Most importantly, though, Haskins did not throw any interceptions against Baltimore, after a week in which he threw three against Cleveland.

Washington’s best chance to win this season will be when Haskins protects the ball, as he did against Baltimore. He still needs to continue to develop as an NFL quarterback, but Haskins showed he can bounce back after a rough outing last week.
