4. Ezekiel Elliott Gets Held Below 100 Yards
Dallas Cowboys HB, Ezekiel Elliot, has yet to rush for over 100 yards in a single game. Many of that is due to the poor starts that I eluded to earlier on. This week, Dallas will make the run game a focal point, but will struggle as the Giants are average against the run.
The Giants currently allow 106.8 yards per game on the ground. This week going up against one of the best running backs in the league, the Giants will make it a focal point to stop Zeke. Early on, they will stack the box, not allowing Zeke to develop a rhythm.
The key for this Dallas offense is the run game. Once they get the run going, they are able to branch off and use their play action game down the field.
The Giants need to be prepared to stop the run and force Dak to beat them. While Dak is putting up good numbers on the year, they are inflated as he has been throwing a lot in the second half when they are down multiple scores.
