Bears TE Jimmy Graham will look to bounce back in 2020
It seems pretty clear that head coach Matt Nagy doesn’t utilize his tight ends a whole lot, even though he runs a west coast scheme, which usually relies heavily on tight end use. Just look at the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles, two teams who run very similar systems and have two of the best tight ends in the league.
Speaking of the Eagles, the Bears will have a former Eagle potentially calling the shots under center this year in Nick Foles.
Foles has always relied on his tight ends over the years, so if he ends up starting, there’s certainly potential that Foles will look Graham’s way quite a bit. But it’s far fetched to think Graham will suddenly have a resurgence.
If he can manage to put up over 50 catches for about five to six touchdowns this season, then Bears fans should be happy.
