The Cleveland Browns are the latest team to run into the buzzsaw of the Denver Broncos. They went on the road to the Mile High City to play in Week 12 and were defeated handily, losing 29-12.

It was a tight game through three quarters, as the Browns trailed 17-12 heading into the fourth. But, after starting quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson suffered a head injury, the team’s already fragile offense crumbled.

Cleveland was outscored 12-0 in the fourth quarter, resulting in the disappointing loss, which snapped a three-game winning streak. The Broncos are one of the hottest teams in the NFL, riding a five-game winning streak and putting themselves right in the thick of the AFC playoff race.

The head injury to Thompson-Robinson is one that people will be keeping an eye on this week. If he is unable to play, the Browns will likely turn back to veteran P.J. Walker, who has been ineffective thus far in 2023. Alas, DTR wasn’t the only player to seemingly come away injured from the game.

As shared by JPAFootball on X, formerly known as Twitter, star defensive end Myles Garrett could be dealing with something as well. Following the game, he was spotted with a sling on his left arm. He said that he heard something pop in his shoulder during the game.

That is something to certainly keep an eye on during this week of practice for the Browns. Garrett played only 69 percent of the defensive snaps on Sunday afternoon, his lowest percentage in a single game this season.

Currently leading the NFL with 13.0 sacks on the season, not having Garrett on the field would be a massive loss for the Browns. He is a true game-breaker as an edge rusher, as he is the highest-graded defensive player in the NFL at this point.
