Last year, Garoppolo had 35 or more pass attempts in just four of 16 games. Widen to 34, and it’s five games. It becomes seven games with the line at 30 or more pass attempts.

Garoppolo had five top-12 fantasy weeks in 2019, two of them were against Arizona and four of them were top-6. Four of the five came from Week 9-14, when he was QB5 over an important stretch of the fantasy football schedule. The other was against feeble Cincinnati in Week 2.

“Jimmy G” was not someone started with confidence in anything but the best matchups, though he was someone you could have mostly lived with in two-quarterback leagues if you had to start him. He finished as QB14 for the season.
