Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Recommendations for Week 11

USA TODAY Sports

WRs to Start in Week 11

Ravens’ John Brown (vs. Bengals): John Brown has disappointed of late, but should have an opportunity to bounce back in Week 11. Brown has scored under 5 fantasy points in 2 out of his last 4 games. His match up this week is a good one, as he faces a weak Bengals defense. The Bengals have allowed the 3rd most points to WRs.

Cowboys’ Amari Cooper (vs. Falcons): With the Dallas Cowboys lacking weapons, Amari Cooper has become a viable fantasy WR. Cooper has struggled in recent years, but is seemingly getting tons of volume on the Cowboys since being traded. In his 2 games with the Cowboys, he’s totaled 11 catches for 133 yards and a touchdown. He gets the Falcons in Week 11, who allow the 4th most points to WRs.

Texans’ Demaryius Thomas (vs. Redskins): Demaryius Thomas will likely be asked to step up in this game. With DeAndre Hopkins likely drawing coverage from Josh Norman, Thomas should have more opportunities to flourish. In his only game with the Texans, Thomas had 3 catches for 61 yards. The Redskins allow the 7th most points to WRs this year.

Other WRs I Like: Colts’ T.Y. Hilton (vs. Titans), Vikings’ Stefon Diggs (vs. Bears), Seahawks’ Tyler Lockett (vs. Packers)

WRs to Sit in Week 11

Bears’ Allen Robinson (vs. Vikings): I know I had Allen Robinson on my sit list last week, with him scoring 31.3 points. That still doesn’t make me want to play him this week. The Bears offense is hard to gauge, as they look different every week this year. I’m avoiding Robinson again against a tough Vikings defense, who has allowed just 6 touchdowns to WRs this season.

Falcons’ Mohamed Sanu (vs. Cowboys): Mohamed Sanu has fallen to to the 3rd or 4th option on the Falcons offense. With Julio Jones and Calvin Ridley performing well, Sanu has become sort of an afterthought on the Falcons. Sanu has scored less than 10 points 5 times this year. I see him scoring under 10 points once again, as he takes on the Cowboys, who allow the 2nd least amount of points to WRs.
