Fantasy Football: Start ‘Em Sit ‘Em Recommendations for Week 11

USA TODAY Sports

RBs to Start in Week 11

Cardinals’ David Johnson (vs. Raiders): It seems like David Johnson has returned to form, likely due to the change at offensive coordinator. Since Byron Leftwich has taken over the play-calling duties, Johnson has gotten 48 touches in the offense (last 2 weeks). Johnson gets the Oakland Raiders this week, who are a complete mess right now.

Broncos’ Phillip Lindsay (vs. Chargers): Phillip Lindsay has been a nice story in football this season. An undrafted RB out of Colorado, he comes in and becomes a dynamic RB for the Denver Broncos. Royce Freeman could return this week, but the Broncos have to realize how good Lindsay is. Lindsay faces the Los Angeles Chargers, who have allowd 100 yards rushing twice in their past 3 contests.

Packers’ Aaron Jones (vs. Seahawks): The Green Bay Packers have finally freed Aaron Jones from fantasy football prison. Jones broke out in Week 10, scoring 32.2 points against the Miami Dolphins. Hopefully the Packers continue to utilize Jones in their offense. Jones get the Seahawks this week, who have allowed 22 or more points 6 times this year to RBs.

Other RBs I Like: Ravens’ Alex Collins (vs. Bengals), Saints’ Mark Ingram (vs. Eagles), Seahawks’ Mike Davis (vs. Packers)

RBs to Sit in Week 11

Bengals’ Joe Mixon (vs. Ravens): I want no part of the Cincinnati Bengals offense this week and Joe Mixon is no exception. Mixon was in a perfect spot to explode in Week 10, but only came away with 10.5 points. I don’t think it gets much better in Week 11, as he takes on the Ravens. The Ravens have allowed the least amount of points to opposing RBs this year.

Bears’ Jordan Howard (vs. Vikings): It’s crazy to think how quickly things changed for Jordan Howard. The last two seasons before this year, Howard was one of the better RBs in fantasy. This year, it’s hard to trust him with his limited use alongside Tarik Cohen. Howard gets the Vikings in Week 11, who allow the 8th least amount of points to RBs.
