TEs to Start in Week 4
Bears’ Trey Burton (vs. Buccaneers): Trey Burton is likely the second best option in the Bears aerial attack. Burton is a nice weapon to have at TE, the Bears just need to find ways to get the ball to him. Look for them to do so against the Buccaneers, who allow the most points to TEs.
Vikings’ Kyle Rudolph (vs. Rams): There’s not many ways to attack this Rams defense. If there is one, it’s to use your TEs in the passing game. Kyle Rudolph could have a nice outing in Week 4. The Rams have allowed the eighth most points to opposing TEs this year so far.
TEs to Sit in Week 4
Jaguars’ Austin Seferian-Jenkins (vs. Jets): Austin Seferian-Jenkins will have an inconsistent role all season. In an offense that doesn’t rely on their passing game to win, it’s hard to have trust in any of his stock. It doesn’t help he faces the Jets this week, who allow the second least amount of points to TEs this season.
49ers’ George Kittle (vs. Chargers): With the injury to Garoppolo, it leaves George Kittle in a position to likely lose targets. Kittle had a solid beginning to this season, scoring 14 or more points in two out of the three games he’s played. This week he faces a tough Chargers secondary, who allows the third least amount of points to TEs.
