Wow, what a surprise to see Christian McCaffrey ranked as the No. 1 PPR running back in fantasy football for the 2020 season. There’s not much that needs to be said on why McCaffrey tops the list for the upcoming season.

At the end of the 2019 season, McCaffrey finished with a jaw-dropping 471.2 fantasy points (first among all players). If you had McCaffrey on your fantasy football team last season, there’s a decent chance you were in the championship game.

With Teddy Bridgewater as his new quarterback, expect McCaffrey to get even more dump-offs in the passing game in 2020. While it’s hard to believe he’ll achieve 2,392 yards from scrimmage and 19 touchdowns again, McCaffrey could very well finish as the No. 1 PPR running back in fantasy football for the second-straight season.
