Raiders Finish Within Top 10 In TDs

One big reason for the Raiders’ struggles in 2019 was the fact they finished as a bottom ten team in touchdowns.

My final bold prediction for 2020 is the Raiders offense moving into the Top-10 in offensive touchdowns this season.

Every AFC West team would love to stop the Kansas City Chiefs offense, but the more likely course to beating the Super Bowl Champs is outscoring them, not stifling them.

The Chiefs finished with fifty offensive touchdowns in 2019, and if a team like the Raiders hopes to win these shoot-outs, they’ll need to get at least 47 themselves.

47 scoring plays for the Raiders offense would have tied them at 10th most in the NFL for 2019, and adds ten to their season total from last year. So not as big a gap as maybe we’d expect to see.

If Carr sets career highs, Jacobs expands his role, and Ruggs III hits 1,000-yards, then it’s fully possible for the Raiders offense to compete among the most electric in the NFL.

They don’t call them bold predictions for nothing, and where we get bold we get disagreements. Drop your counter arguments in the comments below. Also, let us know your own bold predictions for the 2020 Las Vegas Raiders offense!
