Keep Feeding Gurley
I will continue to put this as a key to the Rams winning, especially with him being the main cog in the offense. When a guy is as hot as Todd Gurley, why not feed the hot hand?
Gurley is on a historic pace this season. If he were to continue his insane start to the season, he will rush for 1,568 yards, have 617 receiving yards and 32 total touchdowns.
If he were to score 32 touchdowns, he would have the all-time record for total touchdowns in a single-season. He’s basically first in every stat for RBs besides yards per carry.
Here’s a graphic showing how incredible Gurley has been this season.

The Packers have struggled to stop the run, putting a smile on Sean McVay’s face. In the six games the Packers have played, they’ve allowed 116.5 yards per game on the ground.
That is the 11th most in the NFL. It should be another impressive week from Gurley, especially on the ground. The Packers will likely come into this game trying to stop the run first and try to make the Rams one-dimensional.
Through seven weeks, Gurley is averaging 24 touches a week. The Rams should continue to give him a huge workload in Week 8.
If the Rams expect to remain undefeated, they’ll need to utilize Gurley like they have in the first seven weeks.
