Atlanta Falcons

It was a genuinely rough start to the 2019 season for the Atlanta Falcons, finishing the initial half with just a 1-7 record. While it was a classic case of ‘too little, too late,’ the Falcons rallied to end on a 5-3 run, particularly going 4-0 over the final four games.

There is no denying the Falcons have impressive talent on offense, led by Matt Ryan and Julio Jones. From a ceiling standpoint, Atlanta has a few factors that could make them quite dangerous and be one of the top groups in the NFL in 2020.

Let’s start with how Calvin Ridley appears primed for a breakout campaign. On top of that, Todd Gurley will be healthy to start the 2020 season and could experience a strong bounce-back performance. If both take place, watch out for the Falcons.

There are still concerns surrounding the Falcons’ defense as they had little resources to be able to address their weaknesses. There is an outlook for Atlanta to overcome those deficiencies due to their high-level potential on offense.
