NFL: 5 teams in the NFC best positioned to bounce back in 2020

Whether it involves spending in free agency or making savvy selections in the NFL Draft, the offseason presents plenty of opportunities for teams to make necessary changes to their roster. As a result, a team can do what’s needed for a bounce-back season.

Perhaps the greatest case of this in 2019 was the San Francisco 49ers. Coming off a 4-12 record in 2018, they turned flipped the script by posting a 13-3 record last season. Being one of the bad teams in the NFC to playing in the Super Bowl was quite a turnaround.

Let’s not forget about the Green Bay Packers. After posting just a 6-9-1 record in 2018 and finishing third in the NFC North, they turned things around substantially by going 13-3 last season. They went from missing the playoffs to an NFC Championship Game appearance.

The main takeaway simply is that it’s possible for teams to make seemingly improbable leaps after having a disappointing season. There are plenty of teams in the NFC that appear positioned to be capable of turnings things around during the upcoming season.

With that being said, let’s take a look at five teams in the NFC who are best positioned to bounce back in the 2020 NFL season.
