NFL: 7 players poised to break into stardom in 2020

Calvin Ridley

Back in the 2018 NFL Draft, the Atlanta Falcons used their No. 26 pick on Calvin Ridley. Since his arrival in Atlanta, Ridley has been a formidable option at wide receiver for Matt Ryan.

Over the course of his first two seasons with the Falcons, Ridley has averaged 63 receptions for 843 yards and eight touchdowns. Last season, Ridley was unfortunately sidelined for the final three weeks of the season due to an abdominal injury.

But with him being healthy again, Ridley has a chance to have a breakout season in 2020. Seeing that he’s the clear-cut No. 2 option alongside Julio Jones just gives more reason to believe that Ridley can put together the best year of his career next season.
