NFL Free Agency 2020: 4 ideal landing spots for TE Delanie Walker

The Green Bay Packers came up short in their pursuit of Austin Hooper and with Jimmy Graham’s departure, they could use more at the tight end position. If they are interested in adding to this spot it would make sense to give Delanie Walker a look.

The current projection appears to be that Jace Sternberger will start at tight end in his second NFL season. For a team that likes to use two tight end sets often, adding another proven option other than Mercedes Lewis would be a real benefit to the Packers.

It’s worth taking a risk to see if Walker can stay healthy because if he were to do so, it would provide an impact they simply wouldn’t have otherwise. Being able to play for a quarterback like Aaron Rodgers would probably appeal to him, too.
