1. Logan Ryan
Logan Ryan is not only the best cornerback available in free agency, he’s one of the best free agents remaining — regardless of position. Following a successful stay with the New England Patriots from 2013-2016, Ryan has continued to make himself a household name with the Tennessee Titans in the last three seasons.
While some were concerned with Ryan having zero interceptions in his first two years with the Titans, he would have his best year with Tennessee in 2019. The Rutgers product would notch a team-high 113 tackles, 18 pass breakups, and four forced fumbles.
To show off his versatility, he would also account for 4.5 sacks, which was good enough for fourth-most among Titans defenders in 2019. It should only be a matter of time before Ryan finds a new place to call home for the upcoming season in 2020.
