2. Brandon Carr

The Baltimore Ravens have put together one of the best secondary groups in the entire NFL. Altogether, at the cornerback position, the Ravens now feature a group that includes Marlon Humphrey, Marcus Peters, Jimmy Smith, and Tavon Young. Therefore, earlier this offseason, Baltimore chose to decline Brandon Carr’s team option, making him an unrestricted free agent.

Since joining the Ravens in 2017, Carr has started in 48 consecutive games for their defense. In his first two seasons in Baltimore, Carr accumulated 23 pass breakups and six interceptions.

While the former fifth-round pick tallied zero interceptions in 2019, he would contribute six pass breakups and would allow an impressive 55.9 percent catch rate. Similar to Williams, a team in need of a quick, short-term fix at cornerback could definitely use Carr.

Potential Landing Spots: Kansas City Chiefs, Washington Redskins, New York Jets
