The Dallas Cowboys suffered two tough defeats at the hands of the Buffalo Bills and Miami Dolphins in Weeks 15 and 16 that put their NFC East title hopes in jeopardy. But, a late season swoon from the Philadelphia Eagles, and victories in their final two games of the regular season, resulted in the Cowboys taking home the crown this season.

Thanks to their division victory, Dallas will be hosting the Green Bay Packers at AT&T Stadium during Super Wild Crad Weekend. The Packers finished the season on a high note as well, winning three games in a row to clinch a Wild Card spot.

That sets up a matchup against two of the hotter teams in the NFL entering the postseason. However, odds makers don’t expect the game to be particularly close. The Cowboys are seven-point favorites entering the game, which is the second largest spread of the weekend; only the Buffalo Bills at 9.5-point favorites over the Pittsburgh Steelers is larger.

However, there are some analysts who don’t believe even the touchdown spread is enough. One of those analysts is former star wide receiver, Keyshawn Johnson. Johnson believes that his former team will run the Packers off the field on Sunday afternoon.

“There comes a time when I have to pick the Cowboys to win in a boat race: 45-24,” Johnson said to Michael Irvin, a former Cowboys star himself and Skip Bayless during a segment on UNDISPUTED on FS1.

Dallas has had some impressive offensive performances this season, especially at home. The Cowboys have scored at least 30 points in all but one of their home games this season, with the only miss being Week 17 against the Detroit Lions.

Going up against a young Packers squad that has a middle-of-the-road defense could certainly result in Johnson’s prediction coming true. Green Bay is 10th in points allowed and 17th in yardage surrendered but has been inconsistent at times this season.

With star cornerback Jaire Alexander’s availability now up in the air after suffering an injury in practice on Wednesday, the Cowboys could have an even bigger advantage on Sunday.

Without Alexander, and having traded Rasul Douglas to the Bills ahead of the deadline, the Packers could be relying on Carrington Valentine, Corey Ballentine, Eric Stokes and Keisean Nixon to lead their cornerback back group against CeeDee Lamb, Brandin Cooks and Michael Gallup.
