Chicago Bears – Quarterback Play

Let’s be honest, there is nowhere else on the Bears’ roster that could be focused on as a “glaring weakness.” If Chicago had better quarterback play in 2019, they would have been a playoff caliber football team.

Just two short years ago, the Bears were one of the better teams in the NFC. Matt Nagy and Mitchell Trubisky seemed to be on the path of figuring out a dangerous offense. Entering the 2020 season, the Bears have to get better play from the quarterback position.

Whether Trubisky steps up and earns the long-term starting job or the team turns to veteran Super Bowl winner Nick Foles, things need to improve.

Chicago has all the pieces in place to be a very dangerous team. They just need more consistent play under center.
