Even though Jacobs is a great runner, the contract situation would definitely keep the cost down for the Packers. If Green Bay is willing to pay Jacobs, he would likely be interested in coming and staying.
If the Packers were to acquire Jacobs in a deal with the Raiders, they would likely try to move A.J. Dillion to the Raiders or elsewhere for draft compensation. In addition to potentially moving on from Dillon, Green Bay might also consider moving on from Jones, who is set to see an increase in pay next season before becoming a free agent.
