That’s right, we’re going very bold with this final prediction. Za’Darius Smith will improve his sack total in 2020. He will improve it by at least 3.5 to 17 on the year.

Assuming he does reach this goal, the Packers are going to be one of the most feared pass-rushing teams in the league. Preston Smith was also signed last offseason in free agency and ended the 2019 season with 12 sacks. His presence will help free up Za’Darius Smith for 17 sacks.

Finishing with that many sacks will help contribute to bold prediction No. 2. Smith is going to be viewed as one of the top defensive players in the year after this season. The Packers got a massive steal last offseason when they signed Smith.
