Aaron Rodgers has had his leadership questioned at times over the past few years. While the media has criticized him, the players around him on the actual roster have always had his back and denied many of the claims that have been made.

The Packers have put together a solid all-around roster, but there is a lot of youth. That is where Rodgers must come into play.

In order for the team to make the necessary improvements, they will need their superstar quarterback to lead by example. They will also need him to take young receivers under his wing. Rodgers seems ready for that role and this offseason will be his time to shine.
