Round 3, Pick 94: Jordyn Brooks, Linebacker, Texas Tech

Filling another need for the Packers, Texas Tech standout Jordyn Brooks would be a huge steal in the third round. There is a chance that he will be off the board by this selection, but if he’s there he is a perfect fit.

Brooks would bring more athleticism to the Packers’ linebacking corps. He put together a big 2019 season with the Red Raiders with 108 total tackles, three sacks, and one forced fumble.

Green Bay did go out and sign Christian Kirksey in free agency. However, there have been major concerns about his health over the last couple of years. Bringing in Brooks to bolster the depth behind and alongside Kirksey would make a lot of sense.

This pick would be an absolutely ideal scenario for the Packers.
