4. Josh Jackson

Jackson was a second round pick of the Packers in the 2018 NFL Draft. The Iowa product entered the league with high expectations and he has not fulfilled them thus far. As a rookie, Jackson played in 16 games, making 10 starts, and did not record an interception.

The 2019 season was disappointing for Jackson. He played in 14 games and did not make a start. Jackson made just 11 tackles during his limited time on the field.

Green Bay will feature Jaire Alexander and Kevin King on the outside in 2020. Jackson will have to prove in camp that he is capable of improving under new defensive backs coach Jerry Gray.

This is not to say that Jackson will even get cut. If the Packers do not like what they see, Jackson could be a trade piece for them. He will have to show a significant improvement and let his talent take over on the field.
