3. Montravius Adams
Adams has played three years in Green Bay and has not been a factor. He has played in 37 games, making three starts, and has totaled 33 tackles and 1.5 sacks. This could be the year that the Packers decide to just cut ties with the former Auburn Tiger.
In May, Adams was arrested in Georgia and could be facing discipline from the league. Also, he was injured early in camp but the immediate notion is that he avoided a serious injury.
The defensive line is not the strongest unit on the Packers, but Adams could be gone if he does not have a strong camp. He is a player with natural talent but has yet to put it together on the field.
Between the injury and the offseason arrest, this seems like a perfect time for Green Bay to cut Adams. Like Light, he will have to prove himself in camp and make himself difficult to cut.
