The most important thing that Matt LaFleur must do this season is perfect his relationship with Aaron Rodgers. After a full offseason of worrying about LaFleur and Rodgers’ relationship last year, the two actually seemed to end up becoming friends.

LaFleur loves the challenge of working with a superstar quarterback. He knew to give Rodgers his space and also when to take charge. Rodgers enjoyed the freedom and things worked for the most part.

However, it was clear that Rodgers and LaFleur weren’t always on the same page. They need to figure that out.

Rodgers is still one of the best quarterbacks in the NFL and if he is completely comfortable with LaFleur’s system, the Packers could have a lethal offensive attack.
