Calais Campbell Will Lead The Team In Sacks

The Ravens made a huge splash this offseason, trading for defensive end Calais Campbell from the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Campbell is coming off a down year in Jacksonville, with only 6.5 sacks. But now he is in a situation where he can be paired with Derek Wolfe, who was also brought in this offseason.

Matthew Judon, who racked up 9.5 sacks last season, will also be a threat as an edge rusher. With defenses having to respect Campbell, Wolfe and Judon, there is bound to be a mismatch somewhere and Campbell will take advantage of that.

Campbell had 10.5 sacks in 2018 and 14.5 sacks in 2017. He can be a nightmare for offensive lines to deal with and with all of the threats the Ravens’ defense has, Campbell has a chance to be the dominant force fans saw for most of his career in Jacksonville.
