The Baltimore Ravens picked up a dominant victory over their AFC North rivals, the Cincinnati Bengals, on Thursday Night Football in Week 11. But, it didn’t come without casualties, as multiple players were injured in the game.

The most severe injury was suffered by tight end Mark Andrews early in the game. He suffered an ankle injury when being tackled by linebacker Logan Wilson, who did a dangerous hip drop tackle.

Andrews’ injury is bad enough that he is expected to miss the remainder of the season. The next player to suffer an ankle injury, once again on a tackle by Wilson, was quarterback Lamar Jackson.

Jackson was seen holding his ankle after the tackle but didn’t miss a single snap. He was seen favoring it at times on the field, but he was able to make it through the remainder of the game without issue.

It didn’t seem to hamper his performance, either. Jackson tore up the Bengals, completing 16-of-26 passes for 264 yards and two touchdowns. He added 54 yards on nine rushes, which is the most encouraging sign that he was feeling okay after hurting his ankle.

Following the game, a 34-20 victory, Jackson asked reporters to stop posing questions about his ankle, as he didn’t want to speak an injury into existence. On Tuesday, Jackson once again downplayed the injury when he met with reporters again.

I believe I’m good,” Jackson said, via Jamison Hensley of ESPN. He went as far as to job and hop up and down in front of the group of reporters before the media session to show how healthy he is.

The team’s first injury report will come out today and Jackson could be listed on it. But, unless something unforeseen occurs in practice in the next few days, Jackson should be on the field when the Ravens travel to take on the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday Night Football.
