Lockett & Metcalf Establish Themselves as Elite Duo

Towards the end of last season DK Metcalf really got hot. During the playoffs he was looking like a Pro-Bowl caliber receiver. While Lockett is likely going to be a top receiver in the league, Metcalf could be a star on the rise. DK is incredibly strong, has fantastic size, and has incredible speed for his size.

The young wideout could be in for a massive year. It is very possible Metcalf makes the Pro-Bowl next season after raising his numbers as a solidified member of the offense from the start. Expect him to have around 75 receptions 1,100 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns on the year.

Tyler Locket has grown to be one of the league’s top receivers. He has come a long way from a playmaking punt returner. Russell Wilson and Tyler Locket have one of the best connections in the league. In 2018, Lockett had the highest passer rating for any target in NFL history, according to PFF.

This combination has no hint of slowing down either. While Metcalf may take over as the top receiver, Lockett still has Pro-Bowl potential. Expect him to be a target monster, so look for Lockett to have 98 receptions, 1,050 yards, and 9 touchdowns.

The addition of Phillip Dorsett is an interesting signing. While he’s yet to hit his first-round potential, he could do very well for Seattle. He has the kind of speed that allows him to slip past safeties. With Russell Wilson’s improvisational skills and Dorsett’s speed it could be a career year for him. Expect him to have around 45 receptions and 550 yards along with 4 touchdowns.
