Week 3 Studs For The Packers

Aaron Rodgers

Everything starts with Rodgers on this list. He was an absolute monster and was not going to be stopped by the Saints. New Orleans has a decent defense, but Rodgers made them look bad all the way around.

Green Bay’s passing game is one of the best in the league. Rodgers has now completed 67 percent of his pass attempts for 887 yards, nine touchdowns, and no interceptions through three games. He has put the NFL on watch and the Packers could not be more excited.

Allen Lazard

Next up, the Packers have to love what they saw from Allen Lazard with Davante Adams out of the lineup. Lazard looked like a true No. 1 weapon with six receptions for 146 yards and a touchdown. He made big plays down the field and proved that the Packers are just fine at the wide receiver position.

Lazard is going to be a major X-Factor for the Packers moving forward this season. Even when Adams returns, Green Bay needs a legitimate No. 2 target. That role will belong to Lazard after this performance.

Kingsley Keke

Finally, a name that no one expected to be added to this kind of a list has to be. Kingsley Keke is playing a much larger role on the defensive line with Kenny Clark out. He made the most of it with two sacks against Drew Brees.

Keke could very well be the missing piece alongside Clark on the line moving forward. If he can play the way he did in Week 3, the Packers are going to be just fine on their line when their star comes back from injury.
