Suh Would Bring a Tough Presence to Colts Defense

The Colts didn’t post great numbers from their interior defensive line last season, generating just 6.5 sacks from their defensive tackles. They didn’t particularly grade out well either on Pro Football Focus, where their best defensive tackle, Denico Autry, finished as the 32nd ranked interior lineman in 2019.

Adding Suh to this bunch would finally give the Colts defense an imposing force on the interior. They already have a solid duo at linebacker with Darius Leonard and Bobby Okereke to go along with Pro Bowl pass rusher Justin Houston.

All they’re missing is someone who can wreak havoc in the middle, and Suh could provide that for them.

Per Pro Football Focus, Suh scored a 74.4 in his run defense this past season, higher than any Colts interior lineman did. Inserting Suh into the defensive front would keep offensive coordinators up at night.
