Curtis Samuel

Curtis Samuel was selected by the Carolina Panthers in the second round of the 2017 NFL Draft. He battled injuries in his first two seasons but boosted his production in 2019.

Even with inconsistencies at quarterback, Samuel showed that he can be a valuable number two receiver. He had 627 yards and six touchdowns on 54 receptions.

Samuel will have to balance learning a new offense in an unprecedented offseason in order to extend his time in Carolina. With Robby Anderson and D.J. Moore set to take the majority of the targets, Samuel looks to be on the outs as a Panther.

Teams that need a game-changing, versatile receiver should look at Samuel after this season. Teams like the Steelers, Jets, and Dolphins could make a run in free agency.
