Is Kevin Stefanski The Right Head Coach?

Next up, the Browns made a big decision to fire Freddie Kitchens after one season as head coach. Kevin Stefanski was the choice to replace him despite many thinking Cleveland could go with a guy like Mike McCarthy or Josh McDaniels.

Passing up on those guys for a first-time coach like Stefanski was a risky move. However, the Browns feel very confident that he is the right man for the job.

There is no question that Stefanski has a bright offensive mind. The Browns did not have much on the bright side of game-planning offensively last season. Stefanski should be an upgrade over Kitchens.

Whether or not he is the kind of head coach who can lead his team to a deep playoff run remains to be seen and will be a hot topic of conversation all season long.
