3 late free agency targets the Dallas Cowboys should consider

Eric Berry, Safety

First up, the Cowboys could take a look at veteran free agent safety Eric Berry. They were interested in signing him last offseason, but he ended up choosing to stay away from football for a year to focus on getting healthy.

Berry seems to have reignited his interest in returning to the game and the Cowboys still have a need at the safety position. Signing a guy like Berry would not break the bank for Dallas. He would likely be looking for a one-year deal to prove himself at a cheap price.

Dallas should revisit their interest in Berry. If he is healthy, the Cowboys would be upgrading their defense in a big way with this move.
