Chase Claypool Ripped Apart The Eagles’ Defense

Before the season began, there was thought from some experts that Chase Claypool was going to be gradually worked into the Steelers’ offense. That had been the case until this performance.

Ben Roethlisberger had targeted Claypool just nine times prior to the Steelers’ matchup with the Eagles. One of his six catches was an 81-yard touchdown and some of the others featured gains of over 20+ yards.

The impact Claypool made in the Steelers’ passing game in Week 5 was nothing short of incredible. He hauled in seven catches for 110 yards and three touchdowns while adding a rushing touchdown.

The previous performances Claypool had displayed his impressive potential. His frequent involvement in the Steelers’ offense in Week 5 put it talent on full display.
