This battle of 0-1 teams is completely one-sided. The New York Jets were expected to lose in their opener but the San Francisco 49ers were a complete surprise. Now they will travel to MetLife Stadium to try to avoid an 0-2 start. This is bad news for the Jets, especially without Le’Veon Bell who was placed on IR earlier in the week.

New York fell behind early in Buffalo and never had a chance. They were down 21-0 in the second quarter and that was all she wrote. There was no part of their game that looked prepared in this one.

Sam Darnold turned in another poor performance and the defense was getting beat all afternoon. The coaching is abysmal and we have to be one week closer to Adam Gase getting fired.

In San Francisco, the 49ers took an early lead on the Arizona Cardinals but they were unable to hang on. They did not get anything from their wide receivers in this one. Raheem Mostert finished with four catches for 95 yards and a score. George Kittle turned in four catches for 44 yards before exiting with an injury. Kyle Shanahan should be able to cook up a game plan against the Jets that gets them an easy victory.

Both teams have some areas they have to clean up before this game. Heading into the Week 2 matchup, keep an eye on these four x-factors when they take the field.
