4 perfect options for the Cowboys at No. 17 in the NFL Draft

Javon Kinlaw, Buccaneers, NFL Draft

2. Javon Kinlaw, Defensive Line, South Carolina

Coming in second on this list is a prospect that very well might not end up being available at No. 17. Javon Kinlaw has been mocked anywhere from No. 25 all the way up to the top 10. Dallas would be ecstatic if he fell to No. 17.

Kinlaw would be at No. 1 if there was a great chance he was available. He had another big season in 2019 for the Gamecocks with 35 tackles, six sacks, and two defended passes. NFL.com currently has Kinlaw’s NFL comparison listed as Michael Brockers.

Standing in at 6-foot-5 and 325 pounds, Kinlaw would be a massive presence on the defensive line. Adding him would be a nice step for the Cowboys.

  1. Kinlaw is the no brainer here. We had our fill of “good work ethic corners” “the athletic safety” and Boise state products. If we’re not drafting a ball hawk in the secondary or a war daddy on the edge we need to try to package something together for the jets to acquire j. Adams once the draft begins and kinlaw is off the board.
