There isn’t a team entering the postseason with less momentum than the Dallas Cowboys. Despite having something to play for in Week 18, as the NFC East division title was still up for grabs, Dallas had a listless performance against the Washington Commanders.

They will now head on the road to take on the NFC South division champion Tampa Bay Buccaneers. The Buccaneers also had an ugly Week 18 performance, but they didn’t play all of their starters the entire game as the Cowboys did.

This is the second time this season that the teams will be matching up as they also faced off in Week 1 on Sunday Night Football. The Buccaneers won that game 19-3. This game will also be in prime time as the Cowboys and Buccaneers will wrap up Super Wild Card Weekend on Monday Night Football.

What can we expect from them this time around? Here are five bold predictions for the game between the Cowboys and Buccaneers.

5. Dak Prescott Continues Ugly Streak

This season has been a tough one for Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. He injured his thumb in the game against the Buccaneers, which cost him five games this season. Despite missing that much time, Prescott still managed to lead the league in interceptions thrown with 15.

He has thrown at least one interception in seven straight games and 10 out of 12 of his appearances. Five times he has thrown multiple interceptions and that ghastly streak is going to continue Monday against Tampa Bay.

Prescott will throw at least two interceptions in the game, putting his team in a familiar, tough spot. Despite his turnovers, the Cowboys have gone 8-4 in games he started this season.
